For over 15 years, I was deep in the world of advertising as a digital producer. It was a whirlwind of creativity that taught me so much about human nature and what makes people tick.
Then came a big life change – kids – and with it, a moment of clarity. I realised I want to make a real, lasting difference in people's lives. I've always been drawn to people's stories, finding joy in listening and understanding.
So, I took a leap of faith and fully committed to this new path. I earned a Diploma in Counselling, became a member of the Australian Counselling Association (ACA), and volunteer as a youth mentor with the Raise Foundation. I continue to engage in ongoing professional development and clinical supervision to support my clients effectively.
I’m always eager to learn and grow and want my work to be helping others do the same. My approach does not pathologise clients; I don't view clients as flawed but instead focus on helping them rediscover their strengths and identify what works best for them, much like my own journey.
I’ve learned that life’s challenges—whether big or small—often come with tangled emotions and uncertainty. That’s why I take an integrative approach to therapy, combining Person-Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy. This way, we work together to untangle what’s on your mind, find clarity, and discover practical tools to help you move forward.
I support individuals through:
· Mental health & wellbeing
· Life transitions & personal growth
· Boundary setting & self-esteem
· Relationships & communication
· Anxiety, stress & burnout
· Grief & loss
· Confidence & self-worth
· Career direction & workplace dynamics
Whether you’re seeking short-term solutions or longer-term support, my sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to reconnect with yourself and the life you want to build.
Sessions are available online or in person in Bondi.
